Through various roles, in two different companies, and over the
last 9 years, our team has had a strong working relationship with
the team at Paradigm Project Management, through their transitions
from other companies over the years to where they are today as a
young knowledgeable and aggressive group.
The members of the team have effectively managed our construction,
drilling, and completion requirements while we previously operated
in west central Saskatchewan and continue to be involved with our
current operations in southeast Saskatchewan. In the office we
have successfully used their services starting with AFE cost
estimates, through to the facilitation of pre-spud meetings and
managing daily reporting. In the field, their supervisors conduct
themselves in a disciplined manner which has resulted in safe,
cost effective, and timely execution of our programs.

Shane founded Paradigm Project Management in 2009 due to a local
need for contact wellsite supervisors in the Saskatchewan Oil &
Gas sector.
Prior to founding Paradigm Shane worked for various oil & gas
service providers in many leadership roles allowing him to be
directly involved in all types of well servicing related jobs.
Some main areas of focus over the years have been completions,
workovers, abandonments, fracture stimulations, fishing,
injection / source wells, project design, cost control and HSE.
Kelly originates from a farming background in the Brooks, AB
area. With a Petroleum Technologist diploma from SAIT in 2007.
He has gained valuable field experience working on drilling rigs
as well as for a variety of service companies.
Kelly’s primary role at Paradigm is a drilling superintendent
and project management. Kelly has 11 years of experience in this
field. He is also a C.E.T and member of ASET.
